E-mailed Lindiwe Sibiya & Peter Godonwana 29 August 2023, to date no response or assistance

I submitted my application on c/n *** July 2023, its October and still no payment, payment was approved the 27th Sep and I received an sms that it will be processed in 5 days, when i call the call canter they say up to 7 days, I have been back and forth, its cost me more to go there to try to get paid for I service we forced to contribute to, but we aren't receiving any service in return, or is this just the Government's way of avoiding having to pay us, take long and delay so we can become discouraged. I am totally disgusted. there is no process in place. I have e-mailed Lindiwe Sibiya & Peter Godonwana on 29 August 2023, to date no response or assistance and we are suppose to mail them when we are unhappy, who actually looks at this and assists? Who is held liable?
