Dragging payments

I have been going to the branches to request for my second payment for maternity leave ,I have been going from Mitchell's plain to Athlone department and they couldn't help and just sent me to go online,with all the delay I managed to do it online and it's now just sitting on sent to paymaster status

I have an almost 2 month baby and 3 other kids but no income,my kids can't even go to school as I have no other source of income,there's days where I just become suicidal as this gets too much when kids look at you hungry and you just feel useless.
