Dpt of Labour Alberton 5 Star Service

I went to the Dpt of Labour, Alberton to claim UIF for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I experienced. They were short staffed due to the holidays but they kept us informed about what was happening at all times and although it was a long wait, it was not a frustrated one. I would especially like to thank the supervisor, whom many refer to as "Sis Dolly" for understanding our frustrations and bending over backwards to assist individually and follow up on the clients during the course of their wait. Zakiel also worked tirelessly to ensure that the queue was moving, always with a smile and a willingness to help. Six stars to you. You have proven me wrong.
