DOL UI19 DOC QUERY ERROR ON NEW TEMPLATE

Im so frustrated, I have a OUTSOURCE PAYROLL COMPANY, this means that I have to do all STATUTORY , DOL and COIDA submissions, however the problem that we are now experiencing is that DOL has changed the UI19, when updating the NEW TEMPLATE I.E. UI19 that DOL had an error , error being they left a option out for Commission earners. I have to submit 69 UI19 due to retrenchments, we cant use the old one and now the new one we are no able to submit as well. I have been trying to contact DOL for a solution but with no luck, no answer at any branch,not even HEAD OFFICE. THEY ARE SO USELESS. HELP!!!!
