DoL Randburg office not answering phone

Good day,

I went to the DoL in Randburg on the 14th of October 2019 for payment. I was told my money will be available in 7 days. 7 days has passed and I still don't have money in my account. I have been calling the DoL in Randburg the whole day and no one is answering the phone. It's either busy or it just rings without an answer. I even went as far as calling the Sandton office but they couldn't assist since the application was made in Randburg.

I can't afford to go their offices for something that can be done over the phone. Can someone let me know as to why I still haven't received payment.
