DoL is useless

I have tried to register as an employer to submit my employees' details. The web site refuses to let me proceed until my account is activated. I tried to get this done by phoning their call centre several times. The responders were not clued up to help me. Why bother having a call centre?

I then tried to e-mail them on 24th November. There was no reply. I have sent another e-mail to them on Saturday. Let's see whether they bother to respond to this posting.
