DOL is the worst

I went to the department of labor on the 30th April 2025 to submit my claims also submitted all the required documents,my status is stuck on submitted when I check online so on the 29th I emailed uif to enquire about my status that is still stuck on submitted and I was told my application is missing all the documents I submitted at the dol,I had to re-submit all of them and there is still no change and the date of my case being resolved keeps on postponing,it was July 9th and now it showing July 16 everyday it is being postponed...DOL doesn't take people serious,we wake up and be there at 4am and wait to be assisted around 11am only to find out your documents were not captured after you have waited for your application to be approved...Please approve my application,I do need that money am unemployed!
