Distugusting service as usual

Firstly i app**** for UIF in feb and only got my first payment in may my second payment in june and for my third payment they telling me ive received all my payments already????? How is that possible? Some of the staff i worked with have already received there seventh payment. This is my first time ever applying for UIF and was told i would be covered for 12 months. When calling the offices on two occations i waited more than an hour to be served. Im already uneployed then i still have to use my airtime for an hour. The staff dont even apologise and it seems like they care less about our claims. This is my money that was deducted while working so i am entitled to at least more than two payments. As usual nobody is even going to respond to me or make any effort for me to receive money so my family might as well go hungry as UIF staff dont care.
