Dissatisfied service delivery by the UIF office and assessors

I app**** for maternity benefit on the 20 December 2023 because I knew I was going to be paid in February and March at work only got response in January I submitted every document they would ask for until today I have not gotten concrete evidence or money bare in my I have a new born and a year old old to provide for not to mention my credit commitments that are in arrears. I have exhausted all my funds buying airtime to call them as I can't go to their nearest branch which is in Umtata that would cost me +-R300 return to go there because they come once in my hometown on different dates and venues where I can't even go because there's no one to leave my baby with to do this run around. Last week I sent an email to their complaints line instead of getting response I have been blocked on the app, ussd and Labour web self-service even though I have never changed my login password. What's the point of our employers paying the UIF only to be given a run around not to mention their call centre agents who gives different reasons everything I call leaving my problem pilled up
