Dissatisfied, disgusted and frustrated

Employed 34 years, been going through medical process due to anxiety, depression, extreme case. Went to uif, port elizabeth December 2021. I was then advised firms not completed, given form for doctors to complete. Due to season my psychiatrist was on leave, so I went in again in February 2022. I was told I am submitting late will be declined then I can appeal. I received no update, went in to appeal.. Went in to follow up, then told I need additional letter from specialist as to why late submission. I dealt with Harry Oliver, pe office. Still no outcome. After up and down visits went in today 10th of Jan 2023, just to be told by same staff member, come back Monday, as a call must be made to seniors.. Really.. Bearing in mind I cannot be in spaces with large crowds, I'm also physically disabled currently receiving lower income. I stay far... I am not asking for a miracle, but in SA, pe, I get treated like I'm nothing. You are not doing me a favour.. I have been and still paying uif... There is no logic in e office with applications, payments etc, long queues, staff make you feel small and nothing...
