Dissatisfaction

Im very disappointed with the kind of service i received at Department of labour Vanderbijlpark.I did an online maternity claim in March which was never processed.In May i then went to the Vanderbijlpark park branch and re submitted my documents.My claim has not yet been captured since then and everytime i go there they tell me to come back after 2 weeks. It's been three months now and nothing has been done and i am back at work now. My claim is not even captured. The lady that assisted me last time she told me that they don't get the time to do maternity claim like really,is this how we are treated as tax payers in this country
