Dissapointed in the service I recieved

I dont know where to start, I'm so frustrated and think thousands of others in south Africa is ****ed off I've app**** for my first uif claim since I've started work in 2014 I got retrenched last yr 2021 March it's almost a year now and it's still sent to an assessor its still pending been calling back and forth to the call centre I've waited a year and still nothing I've app**** twice sent my things twice and still nothing I've not had an easy yr last yr as I lost my father, I've not had an Xmas cause I depended on my uif pay to give my son a Xmas and put food on the table and pay my creditors which are breathing down my back I'm tired of calling into uif when they can't explain what the hell is going on and one lady I spoke to couldn't find my documents I sent before the 2nd of December 2021 which I called in to find out if they recieved it if I never kept the emails she would not have know how to get my docs and I was told it was escalated numerous times when it wasn't so why are you guys working on a back log what is so difficult I thought applying online will be easier but it made my life a living hell because I have access to internet not everyone have money to go to town to go take the papers away to labor claims office why the hell must I wait a year and still receive nothing I have tried applying for srd but srd tells me I can't get because I'm uif registered I'm an honest woman that is really angry for mediocrity like this, druggies and alcoholics and people that works got bt the people who don't have and don't know how to get the nxt meal to there table got declined so why is it that we have to wait for our money and can't get what the state owed to us but quick to deduct because it's company policy
