Disgusting service on martenity leave uif application

I have submitted my documents for maternity leave for uif on the 15/09/2020 and I was told to wait for 5 weeks for my payout but today it is the 23/10/2020 so I called the call center to find out what is happening, then I am being told that no information have been captured on my file meaning nothing was done so they took the documents but no did anything wth them which means I will never get any payment, and when I ask the agent to ascalate this he dropped the line on me , and remembered it takes almost 2hrs to get through in their call center line , the service is Poor and disgusting!
