Disgusting service from uif contact centre and labour department

I submitted my maternity claim in june 2023. Application was sent to assessor in July 2023. I am yet to receive feedback from the department. Everytime I call the contact center they just tell me that they will escalate and I should call back in 10 days. How long should I still be waiting for my own money? This is ridiculous and very sad that they are messing with people’s livelihood!
