Disgusting service from labour department

On the 28th of October 2019 I submitted my maternity leave forms at the Department of labour in Marlboro Sandton ,I was then given another dated 28th of November for me to go back and sign

On the 28th of November 2019 I went back with a six week old baby in those long questions to go and sign ,the consultant who assisted me advised I will receive payment in 10 days ,on the 11th of december 2019 I made my way there again to follow up on payment which was meant to take 10 days ,to my surprise i get there only to be given the same form i signed on the 28th of November to complete without even being told what the delay is on the payment

The service fro this labour centre is disgusting I was being assisted by a consultant who was busy with his phone and dint even bother to tell me what the delay is ,is this the kind of service that the department of labour offers? Given the fact that I am not getting a cent from my employer I depend on this money and people just dont have any sense of urgency ,we pay for this kind of service every month with our hard earned money but when it comes to claiming it back it's a HUGE problem

I want someone to intervene ,I will be taking this to Twitter as well to share with other frustrated mums out there.
