DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM DOL

It has been months since I filed for my Maternity UIF Benefit and it has been stuck on the completed by assessor status for literally 3 months!!! However, their FAQ's claims that it's normally processed within a week. To this day I still have not received my payment form to accept my payments but they email you ten times to complete the documents they need when filing the claim. DISGUSTING.
