disgusting service from Department of Labour - Compensation FUnd

In February 2019 RAF sent an email to Department of Labour requesting an award letter for JRP Shah. To date I have not received the award letter and my RAF claim si held up because of this. The old event number is 794199. New claim number is: ***7

I have went into your Durban offices at Royal hotel, 4th floor every month for one year and could not be assisted. I also emailed DOL no answer
