DISGUSTING Service

<p>I submitted my maternity claim in January 2016, to date im still waiting for a payout. I had submmitted all paperwork waited the 7 to 10 working days and then got told that there is either paperwork missing or we still waiting for the assessors ect. I went as far as to get the assistant directors email address and still no real help received. 4 days ago I finally got an email saying my application haas been approved and I must send my banking details. apparently the paperwork I have is incorrect, try getting the correct paperwork..... IMPOSSIBLE.... to all the people I have dealt with Erna Terblanche, Beauty, George Swanapoel, Cloadi ect ect ect you should be ashamed of the service you provide to your clients. Never in my life have I struggled this much with a company and its supposed to be a company for the people of South Africa.... DISGUSTING</p>
