Disgusting service

I'm disgusted with the type of service I'm getting, my status has been sent to pay Master for almost a month now and I have been calling everyday without any assistance. I spoke to a team leader by the name of nhlanhla who promised to do something and get back to me now he keeps avoiding me. I need my UIF money asap, it's not like I'm begging for my own money, that money belongs to me and I want it. I cannot be chasing and being Mare to feel like a beggar for my own money. I'm utterly disappointed and angry because I'm not getting any help whatsoever, I have bills to pay, rent to pay, I don't even have food to eat yet I must beg for my money. The next step after this im going streight to the press to expose the type of nonsensical service we get yet we pay their salaries from the department of disaster. And this is no threat it's a promise that I intend to keep
