Disgusting service

Nothing is as frustrting as not gwtting any feedback on your claim submitted.its over a month that i have put in a claim for my maternity after application was don on line was notified that it will take 10-20days for me to fet feedback.till today nothing every time i call in all i get is rude agents that give me a different waiting period wich is 20-35working days and that they cant do anything or let me know who the assesor is.. 2months of not being paid with a child that requires milk and you cant provide. Its sad how long this process takes. This is pathetic im disgusted yet i have to ay for all of this.
