Disgusting Human Behavior from staff

I just want assistance that's all. I cannot believe that I am waiting for my payment since I app**** on the 5th of February. How can the service be this bad? How can the staff be so rude to us? To people like me,like what I am asking for isnt rightfully mine. I was there I took pictures of the 2 staff members and I would like the Department to reprimand their staff. Just because I'm applying for UIF doesnt make me less Human.
