Disgusted with the JHB CBD Branch

I have been up and down to the UIF offices since October 2025 wit documents they keep asking for but evenually got the documents declared on the 28th November and the claim was approved on the 02 December 2025. I waited for the payment but on the 19 December 2025 i called the call centre and the advised me that i was suppose to request for pay which nobody at the offices i was at told me. Every week i call and go into the offices but nothing and all they tell me it in verification. I dont know what is happening. I need some feedback ASAP.
