Disgusted in Uif /

I went to the Uif department to claim for uif after being laid off at my work. I have been working for 17 and a half years at the same Company and the money paid out me by Uif is less then R500 per month. I went to different Uif departments all of them say that the wrong amount was allocated to me but none of them want to fix the amount allocated to me. I am disgusted at the way people are treated and this is money that is owed to me for paying Uif for all these years. I need help with this urgently
