Disgusted in Government Service

I am disgusted in the service we receive from the labor department. The call center as well as the local office. I have submitted a claim and is waiting for more than a month for a payout. Each time I do enquiries it is said the payment is at paymaster. When asked for any email or contact number there is none. I called and asked to speak to a manager the call was dropped. Is this the service we receive for our own money. They do not even care if you have money for a bread seeing that you are unemployed and waiting for funds to be paid. GOVERNMENT you are failing us and still expect us to vote for you.
