Disgusted by UIF *******ion

I received an email from UIF informing me that I only have 4 days to submit my outstanding documents, the problem is that I started submitting documents since April and I never received feedback from them, until I gave up, again September I decided to resubmit my documents, I called the all centre several times and I was told they will get back to me but still no feedback so I was very irritated to be given a deadline of 4 days on the 14 December 2021 when no one bothered to get back to me, so the following day the 15 December 2021 I decided to call them only to discover that according to their system I absconded from work, where the hell to they take that information from when I submitted documents, so I was very angry and disappointed that people who work for government do as they please, they just type any information that they feel like, these are our livelyhoods, peoples sweat and tears for someone to be so negligence like that, South Africa is beyond repairs, no one is doing what they are payed for, they are just not bothered. DISGUSTED!!!
