Disgusted by the government departments

We contribute to the uif to assist us in times when we are unemployed. This fund is supposed to be a financial support in times of need but the dept of labour from the provincial offices right up to head office do not give a damn!!! We submit our docs, we get no feedback, we dont get our money, we cant get through to any of the contact details on the website. Complaints do not even care if u threaten to expose their incompetence to the media. It is sad that a government dept can be this *********** and inefficient and nothing is done. They dont want to work, they treat us like ****. I submitted my docs on 14 may 2015, 18 may I received an sms that it would take 35 days to finalise. Till today, nothing while my family goes hungry!!!! I followed up at the ennerdale sattelite office and braamfontein head office, they make you sit in queues for hours and no help, no answers, no explanation. I emailed 702. Something must be done for the people of this country. The poor has no voice while government officials eat our money.
