Disgusted and appauled

It is really frustrating to have to go on Maternity leave in October 2020 and back to work Today the 1st of February 2021 without being able to get a cent from labour in my absence from work.

I don't know how many times i have had to go to the offices in Phalaborwa whilst at home on leave after giving birth to inquire as to why my claim has not been approved but no response was given accept that my application was in process.

I have even returned to Randburg and only now am i told that there was outstanding requirements which was needed and have sent outstanding documentation through last week BUT STILL NO FEEDBACK OR CHANGE IN REGARDS TO MY APPLICATION STATUS.

In light of all this it is only fair that even though i have returned to work effective 01/02/2021 that i still receive what is due to me as i followed all the proper steps whilst on maternity leave and not my fault as to why there is a delay until last week when i visited the Randburg offices.
