Disgraceful Service!

Is there anything that's gonna be done with these reviews?! Been waiting for my 1st payment for 3months now still.. I'm waiting! It's December now apparently they are gonna be off service for a while are we gonna have to wait again till January? Service is nonsense and the call centre is even worst they getting paid for nothing!! People seem to be complaining everyday but nothing is happening! POOR SERVICE!
