Disdain for the Public?

It has been an extraordinary length of time since this application for UIF claim to be paid and for that matter, to receive any information of worth.

More than that, it has been an ongoing series of phone calls at which time your operators have “promised to call back”, and that has never happened.

We were once told that it was cancelled, and nobody can provide information.

Could we now have it sorted in the proficient, reliable, and transparent manner that is expected from our country’s labour department.

Can a senior person take charge and have our labour department stop wasting your time and resources – and mine.

Can that be done?

The last phone call was at 11:43 am on April 23 ’24 at which time “Hope” told me that she would be escalating the matter and revert thereafter. As expected, I’ve heard nothing.
