Disappointed Lack of Service

I handed my documents into the drop box after a gentleman checking them in the line confirmed all my docs are in order. I dropped my docs on the 27th of July we are now in September and I haven't heard a word. I have tried to call the Goodwood office where I dropped my docs and no body answers the phone. Wow thank you ita Good to k ow we mean so little to you! I surley hope this never happens to you.
