Disappointed in the UIF department

Early October I visited the Pretoria UIF office and was advised to submit my application online. I went back home and I struggled to get it right but eventually on the 17/10/2017 got it right, I then got an sms to say it will take up to 30 days for feedback. I further submitted everything and called 3 times and each time the person I speak to blames the other for attaching my docs incorrectly or something else. When I check online it's not helpful as there is little feedback on there, the last comment online was that the pay officer declined bur no reason why. Today 01/12/2017 which is 45 days later still nothing. I called and was on hold for 1 hour 4 minutes until my R150 airtime got finished. I'm on maternity leave I have very little money inflow and my UIF just won't pay. My debit orders are being rejected, are they waiting for my car to be repossessed and me and my new born baby to live in the street before they can get their affairs in order and pay me my money?? I contribute monthly and I'm sure I'm not the only woman who goes through this but our department is failing us and needs to be more compitant.
