Disappointed in labour

The worst experience by far, i app**** and have passed turn over time and when i call or go to labour or send an email for follow up, no one seems to know what needs to be done, am unsure of who to call now as everyone seems to be in the dark in terms of feedback, i can't even pay my rent yet I have my martenity benefit with them!
