Disappointed at the service given by the agent. Unlock my online account

I called labour claims department beginning of March to have my online account unlocked. I have submitted all the documents that was requested by the agents. I was also advised it will take 7weeks. I have called numerous times after the 7weeks and I was told the same thing, that they will send it at back office etc... I called again today, 5months later for the same thing and instead of Ntswaki the agent that I spoke to assist me with my query she, started raising her voice on me and speaking whilst I was speaking and being unprofessional. I even told her that you guys are at fault. Firstly you **** and said it will take 7 weeks amd that it will be sorted out but I'm still waiting. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager didn't come to the phone, Ntswaki said the team leader Tumeleng Mutaung will fix it before end of today. I am beyond disappointed at the service your staff is giving customers. It is disgusting and unprofessional. I believe I was patient enough and I was calm enough for the agent to start raising her voice in me. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
