Disappointed and don't know what to do with department of labour

Totally disappointed in the way they deal with people at the East London Department. I have been to the offices more than 6 times if they did not fax or email the wrong document I'm told to come back which is not acceptable. To top it off today I called in again when I asked for the name of the person she did not want to provide her or her supervisors name and rudely said I must do what I want to do ... This has been on going since July.
