Disappointed and angry

The department of Labor has been the most frustrating and disappointing organization I have ever had to deal with, I have gone there every month since November the 11th 2020 and I have called them over 200 times, and now they have only paid out my UIF for my last Job since the "time has lapsed" for my previous Jobs, they sent me back and forth from previous companies, gave me date after date to return for follow ups, I have called on numerous occasions to find out if the documents were in order which they were every time I submitted it but when I did follow up I needed something from a previous company and all of this I have proof of. I am truly disgusted in the level of service, and disappointed that you don't think for the people you are paid to assist, considering how many people have lost their jobs during covid. Utterly atrocious.
