Disappointed and angry!

I app**** for UIF in September 2020 and received my first payment that same month. I was then not paid in October thinking it was just a delay. I was once again not paid in November either and decided to go to the Department of Labour in Randburg the first week in December. So I got there at 6am on the 6th of December and left that place at 4pm. Someone who works inside came to collect our ID's and let us wait outside. After about an hour a lady came out with little notes on each persons ID regarding their application. Nonetheless I was told my application was open and will be paid within 14 days. So 14 days came and went and I went back on the 12th of January to stand in another long queue at 5.30 in the morning and when it was my turn to go in I once again was told the same thing, about my application being open and will be paid within 14 days. When I told the guy who assisted me about me receiving the same story in December 2020 I was told he cannot answer for the response I received in December, yet he is giving me the same response and telling me the "pay masters" are supposed to pay me and they're aren't situated at their offices and he doesn't know who they are. So in a nutshell if I don't get paid I have to go back again after 14 days and probably get told the same nonsense. Imagine having to fight for your own money with no one at that department making an effort to make sure you are paid after so many months.
