disappointed

I app**** for my maternity benefit in 2020, and till today they keep on requesting the same documents I keep on sending to them, it's frustrating what's the use of paying for UIF when they can't even do the payout? Call center agents, don't even assist or put you through to someone who can assist.....This is sad really
