disappointed

Im in tears just trying to understand the lack of professionalism that is in our government departments. i submitted my claim 20th January 2021 and i called every week to follow up, was told my claim is waiting to be approved by assessor. twee weeks back i called was told there are forms missing from my previous employer. i send them through and called following week to follow up, i was still told same thing my application is still waiting for approval. i dont have money to buy bread as im writing this.can this ppl put them self in our shoes for once.
