DID Claims not taken seriously

Can anyone please inform the assessor from Labour Department we are waiting on him or her, We need to survive can they pleases process our payment Its been long now or give me his or her phone number so I can call and ask whats scaring them or the keyboard is 2 hot to press enter? It's on your right hand last bottom long button just press it,If maybe the keyboard alfabeds are whipped off or whats holding back from doing this Job maybe we can help speedup the tortoise working speed, Asking for help doesn't mean ur a fool. Remember we don't have the whole day,I want to stop doing follow ups too.
