Devastated

It's going in for my third month and I still haven't received one payout as yet how pathetic is that how do they expect one to feed there family yet alone there new born baby,the downfall of it all is one don't have a problem with them deducting from your salary every month for years but when it comes to payouts it's a huge struggle being sent back and fourth for money that you practically contributed towards your future. And what's the issue with your landlines what's the use of having it if it's not being used to answer. This is my fourth baby and it's my first time applying for the maternity benefits as to a predicament this time around but God I'm glad it's my first and last time this service is pathetic beyond.
