Destroying people's lives

I was retrenched and I app**** for UIF in on the 12 of january I waited until I decided to use my contacts to check my application status and all to find that it was not captured.if I phone the office number and the call center number no one answers the phone. I have children to feed, schools are opening I dont have money to buy stationary. The government allowed processes that are not helpful to the public allowing rule that destroys peoples live, for example I don't get a job because I listed at credit bruere, Tell if i don't get a job, how do I pay my Credits, that is why we have a lot of crime because people end up doing crime to survive because no one can watch her /His children suffering staying in the streets because our government offices are closed while they seem to opened
