Despicable service for existing uif people. (Roodepoort branch)

I've been getting uif for a few months now from last year. Same process every month where one stands in a line and gives in a signed page with all your personal details. This is proof that you not working and can then get your money. On the 26th March 2020 before the lockdown I went and stood in the line. Firstly offices are to open at 07:30am which was not the case this time. Workers strolled in just before opening time, having long chats. Not one worker could assist or explain why offices weren't open as yet. I then called (this is the roodepoort branch) someone answered and assured me that the offices have been open for a while, this puzzled me as we stood waiting till 08:00am. Because of the COVID-19 workers didn't allow anyone in to the offices and instead put out a table, a box and a few papers with dates on. So following this process, one had to drop your signed form in the huge box and then take a new form with a date for the next uif draw. Not one person explained the process or when money's would be paid.. (this is not related to COVID-19 applications, this is what's due every month) to date, still no money has been paid. For a government institution, it's poor planning and lack of communication. What about the other 100s of people that stood in the line to give in forms. This was the most awful experience.
