Despicable Customer Service!!!

There shouldn't even be a star rating for the level of service provided. I have tried to register my account on Ufiling with no success. I have then resorted to sending my application through to their email address NUMEROUS times, with NO response over the past 2 months. When you call the customer call line, they say there is no response time period, and to just wait..then put the phone down on you. It's absolutely disgusting!! How do they expect all the people who are now jobless to survive ?? We 4 months into lockdown and they still can't get their act together.
