complaint: dept of labour - uif benefits. I app**** online in Aug 2020... after endless telephone calls and emails I have still not received any communication or payment. I'm tired of hearing " you must wait; I will escalate; there has been a system change; there is a backlog" and it goes on and on..who waits nearly 1 year for payment or for that matter, a response from a service provider? I've had enough of their excuses!
