Dept of Labour Randburg, excellent service

Its kind of a well known fact that dealing with government offices can be daunting mainly due to the fact that there are always long queues etc. When my current HR mentioned that i wasnt going to be paid for my maternity leave and would have to claim from UIF, i almost burst into tears. I dreaded the process and almost didnt do it, deciding to just go without till i was back at work. I then decided to just give it a go and here i am, still amazed at the excellency. My work forms were not correct so i had to go back and forth 3 times before i could submit but still the attitude of the employees in Randburg was beyond excellent. I dealt with about 5 people in the 3 months and all of them were kind, professional, patient and respectful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and i wish i had written their names down. especially the two ladies who assist with the queues, i hope top management realises what a gem you both are.
