Dept of labour boksburg!!!

White receptionist continuously answers phone but tells me to call back after 8am even though the department opens at 7am as she claims staff only comes in then. She refused to help with a query I had with a UI-4 form of what needs to be filled out on it and she drops call in my ear. She is rude and useless!!! Why does she even answer if she cannot be of assistance?
