Department of labour:UIF is pathetic

Iv been to three labour centers and app**** online, after weeks still no payment received. I was told documents were incomplete but they were not, only last week was my information updated and now because of their negligence and incompetence I must continue waiting before receiving my payment. How are we to live with no income
