Department of Labour's trading hours

It's 11:18 I am at the department of labour in Boksburg and I'm being told that I'm late and I should back tomorrow at 6am. There's a few of us that were told to come back the next day. I would like to find out what the trading hours are as on their website it clearly stipulates that they close at 4pm.
