Department of labour's poor service

This is the most depressing department ever. I don't think employees should be registered to pay uif because it becomes a war when one has to claim. the system is always down. the service is poor. I have updated my banking details but even now the system still shows the old banking details hence the payment cancellation. I am not suprised by the clients who keeps the labour, home affairs staff hostage. it is frustrating to sit in those silver chairs with no productivity at the end. This is ****ing depressing
