Department of Labour's error has cost me getting what is entitled to me!!!

I am so disappointed in the service from the department of labour. In January they made an error and double paid me, my next signing date was in March, i went and signed and they picked up their error of double paying me in January. after numerous efforts of getting hold of them, i am unable to i spoke to a lady who was very rude. Told me they had sent the stuff to the head office and have not yet received response. ,must it be such a huge hassle to get your own money.. i mean surely there is people still working during this lock down, as i know of other people who have been collecting their money during this lock down with no hassles. Come on guys we desperately need our money. i am really hoping to get some feed back as soon as possible.
